Frankly, we deeply regret the time wasted and stress and frustration experienced by 'trying' to sell via Rolfe East. Absolutely poor communication from Richard and team (not being told when viewings had been booked in/not hearing feedback re viewings) & glib responses to complaints about numerous times where agents left property with blinds up/lights on etc. It pains me to even give them 1 star!

Absolutely poor communication from Richard and team (not being told when viewings had been booked in/not hearing feedback re viewings) & glib responses to complaints about numerous times where agents left property with blinds up/lights on etc. It pains me to even give them 1 star!
Within 1 week of reverting to Northfields - they had 2 firm offers and lots of helpful feedback from viewers who were clearly picked carefully- not just for numbers sake. We even dropped the price only to be offered over the asking price with buyers through Northfields.

Absolutely useless. Impossible to get hold of anyone, no calls or emails returned and rude receptionist who seems to be based somewhere in the ether but not in an office. I had my flat on the market with them and they listed it as POA so no viewings and no way to contact anyone to get the situation ... Read Full Review

Absolutely useless. Impossible to get hold of anyone, no calls or emails returned and rude receptionist who seems to be based somewhere in the ether but not in an office. I even called in the office but the elusive Chris was not there and no-one else could help.

When we started using Rolfe East Letting Office's services in back in 2016, they seemed good and an improvement on our previous letting agency. Gradually, their services started deteriorating to the point of abysmal; totally unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. We ended our contract with them in December 2019. End of August 2020 is approaching and they still have not settled all the accounts due to us by now.

Sasha from Rolfe East was incredibly helpful not only while we were looking for a flat but also after finding it.

I recently used Rolfe East Ealing W5 to locate a property. Having found the correct one I left a substantial deposit and allowed matters to progress. It fell through and I requested my deposit back. I was told that NO REFUNDS would be made as it was a condition of contact. THERE WAS NO CONTACT, There was NO Terms and Conditions, even worse they did not even issue a receipt for the deposit. The property shown to me did not have an EPC which is illeagle to market despite being marketed on the internet. The attitude from staff was of little help and certainly did not have the professional knowledge of their industry to keep within the LAW. I had to use the Courts to get my money back, they told them lies as well and declared they refunded me more than they did. PLEASE BE AWARE of these people, The Property Market attracts a lot of money and this firm thinks that there is more than the usual to be made from it. STAY AWAY and use a reputable Agent.
